Requirements Commerce Graduate (B.Com / BAF / M.Com) or CA Inter / CA Final 2–4 years experience in Direct Taxation Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act & recent amendments Experience in ITR filing (Individuals, Firms, Companies, Trusts) Accounting knowledge & finalization of accounts MS Excel & Income Tax software (preferably Winman) Ability to work independently & handle multiple tasks Good communication & client coordination skills Team handling experience Job Responsibilities Prepare, review & file Income Tax Returns Ensure compliance with Income Tax laws Finalize accounts & compute taxable income Coordinate with clients & tax authorities Manage multiple assignments & deadlines Guide and supervise junior team members in ITR work
