DTA HR Career Launchpad is a Work Integrated Learning Program for graduates interested in HR and Recruitment. Role: HR Executive - Recruitment Work Mode: Work From Home Qualification: Graduation in Any Discipline Experience: Freshers and Experienced Age: 18-36 Years Openings: 356 Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for job opportunities. Communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities. Conduct candidate follow-ups. Coordinate interviews and joining formalities. Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases. Coordinate with colleges, TPOs and placement cells. Selected candidates can pursue an MBA in Human Resources alongside work. Initial 3 months: On-the-Job Training with no stipend. After OJT: Performance-based earning opportunity of approximately INR 5,000-45,000 per month, subject to applicable terms. Selection: Virtual Interview and Document Verification.
